All-Stars player declaration of intent is now open!
Interested players from Minors and Majors baseball divisions are eligible for All-Star consideration if they meet ALL 3 criteria below:
1) are league age 8 or older
2) have played in at least 8 regular-season games
3) have submitted the “opt-in” form by May 11th @ 8pm
Being selected as an All-Star means that you have been voted in by your peers, managers, and coaches for a chance to represent West Seattle Little League in competitive tournament play.
Players are chosen based on character, leadership, and softball/baseball skills/knowledge.
NOTE: Playing on the All-Star team is a significant time commitment with practices and games as often as 5-6 days a week in June and July. Please consider this before you opt in. If your family has big summer travel plans or if your player will be committed to other teams/sports this summer, please do not opt in. It is very challenging/disruptive to this process when someone opts in, is offered a spot on the team, and then declines the spot based on availability.
