As we prepare for our June 7 Project Graduation celebration, we’re asking for help providing snacks, drinks, and food items to keep our seniors fueled throughout the night. This safe, fun, all-night event would not be possible without the support of our amazing community.

We’ll be at the venue decorating on Sunday morning, and that will also be a convenient time to drop off donated items. Every contribution helps make the night special for our graduates.

Whether you’ve already signed up to help or are interested in getting involved, we’d love to see you there. We’ll go over event details, volunteer roles, and ways you can help make Project Graduation a safe and memorable night for our seniors.

No experience needed - just a willingness to help! We’re looking forward to seeing you there.

Project Graduation needs our community now more than ever.

On June 7, we’ll safely host up to 225 seniors for an unforgettable celebration—and right now, we urgently need more volunteers to make it happen. The small group who has been planning and fundraising for months cannot run this event alone.

Traditionally, underclassmen parents step in to help make this night possible, paying it forward so that when it’s your turn, others will do the same. It’s one of the things that makes this community so special.

🎓 Project Graduation depends on parent and community volunteers.

Hard stop.

We cannot safely host up to 225 seniors on June 7 with only a handful of people managing the event. The volunteers who have spent months fundraising and planning cannot do it alone.

Traditionally, this is where underclassman parents step in - helping the senior class celebrate safely and paying it forward. Then, when it’s your child’s turn, another group of parents will do the same for them. It’s one of the things that makes this community special.

Most importantly, this night keeps our kids safe.

And honestly, it’s more fun than you’d expect. Our kids are wonderful, this is a huge milestone in their lives, and being part of it is something you’ll be glad you did.
