🏡 What an incredible evening at the Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity Annual Meeting!

Together, we celebrated the impact of affordable homeownership, reflected on a year of progress, and looked ahead to even greater opportunities for the families we serve.

A highlight of the evening was the passing of the gavel as we thanked outgoing Board Chair Dwayne Stephens for his dedicated leadership and welcomed Annette Ogletree-McDougal as our new Board Chair and President. We also honored Dwayne Stephens and Jennifer Roach for their years of service, swore in new board members, and reaffirmed our executive leadership team.

As Habitat for Humanity International celebrates 50 years, we’re proud to embrace our 2026 theme: Opening the Door—to hope, opportunity, stability, and homeownership.

Thank you to our elected officials, community leaders, donors, volunteers, partners, and supporters for helping make our mission possible.
