Official page for the Thomas Square Neighborhood Association (TSNA).

The Thomas Square Neighborhood Association was established in 2015 by residents in an effort to organize community members that live, work, and have an interest in the Thomas Square Streetcar Historic District. Today's organization was created through the merger of two prior neighborhood associations, the Metropolitan Community Organization and the Thomas Square Neighborhood Association, to better represent the entirety of the Thomas Square Streetcar Historic District.

There are a couple of street projects in Thomas Square that have money set aside and are ready to advance. One is the upgrades to 37th Street from Ogeechee Rd. to Bee Rd. The other is the placement of the railroad crossing arms on Lincoln and E 38th St. (This installation will help to increase the train "Quiet Zone"). To get these moving, the city needs to know you think these projects are a proiority. Please take the SavannahMoves survey and check off items VF-01 and VF-10. The City of Savannah wants your input on Data Centers.
Follow the link in the comments for more information and to take the survey.
With the expansion of artificial intelligence, data centers are being built at an exponentially rapid pace - particularly across Georgia - and at a higher scale that can demand higher uses of resources.

Savannah needs to be prepared for what our infrastructure can and cannot accommodate, where the lines are between community benefit and community harm, and what is best for each of our neighborhoods.

The City of Savannah is considering amending the Zoning Ordinance to define data centers as a land use and establish appropriate development standards tailored to Savannah for City Council’s review and adoption in January 2027.

Thanks to all that came out for our October Neighbors Night Out. And a HUGE Thank you to Brochu's Family Tradition for hosting us and for the very yummy, oysters, wings and other delicious bites. It was a perfect evening for being out with friends and neighbors.
