Mentorship is more than guidance. It’s the power of someone believing in you until you learn to believe in yourself. ❤️

At Shelter From the Rain, we know that when a single mother is surrounded by encouragement, accountability, wisdom, and support, incredible things can happen!

Through our Mothers with Mentors Program, we connect single mothers with compassionate mentors who walk alongside them as they pursue education, financial stability, career advancement, homeownership, emotional healing, and personal growth.

We’ve witnessed mothers overcome obstacles, return to school, increase their income, build savings, gain confidence, and discover strengths they never knew they had. 🌱

But the true value of mentorship extends far beyond one person. When we empower a mother, we strengthen her children, her family, and generations to come. 💕
