June 7 marks the second anniversary of “The Journey For Hope,” my walk from Savannah GA to Chicago, IL for the purpose of raising awareness on education and agriculture in Burkina Faso. Even though Oprah Winfrey did not open her door to us, we still consider the journey as a success. We are now making bigger things on our own through the organization “The Journey For Hope”.
