Saratoga Wilton Youth Baseball Youth baseball for ages 4-15 in Saratoga Springs and the Town of Wilton. We offer rec baseball and travel baseball. We are a Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken League

Prior to 2006 two baseball programs served the City of Saratoga Springs, the Town of Wilton, and the Saratoga Springs School District. These programs were Saratoga American Little League (SALL) and Saratoga National Little League (SNLL). SALL served the East Side of Saratoga Springs and the Town of Wilton, while SNLL served the West Side of Saratoga, Ballston Spa & Greenfield. Around 2006 with gro

wing numbers and limited field space available, residents from the Town of Wilton left Saratoga American Little League to form a new league that would play at Gavin Park and be called Wilton Youth Baseball (WYB). For 10 years the three leagues operated independently. Then in the Spring of 2016 WYB and SALL reunited to play games together in Minors and Majors. After a successful season playing together, SALL and WYB merged to become Saratoga-Wilton Youth Baseball. SWYB offers recreational baseball programs for players ages 4-15. We are carry a Babe Ruth League, Inc. charter and feature Cal Ripken baseball (ages 4-12) and Babe Ruth (ages 13-15). We play at Gavin Park and East Side Rec.

⚾️ The rosters are in for the 518 Futures Classic Home Run Derby this Thursday, June 11 at Joe Bruno Stadium.

8️⃣ SWYB alumni have been selected.

Representing Saratoga Springs High School: Owen Fear, Brady Mills, Cody Mills, Jack Rigabar and Raul Rodriguez.

Selected Spa Central Catholic players:
Pierce Byrne, Kihl Kelly and Carson Moser.

Despite the rain, the bats are HOT at the ENYTB Battle By Saratoga Tournament.

The 11U Blue Sox are 2-0 and rolling into the Semi-Finals against Queensbury at 11:00 AM at BSpa/Doubleday Field.

The 12U squad is a perfect 3-0 and headed to the Championship Game at 1:15 PM at East Side Rec.

Two squads. Two big games. One mission.
Time to finish the job. 💪🏼⚾️

🚨 Volunteers Needed – Batting Cage Cleanup at East Side Rec 🚨

SWYB Families and Friends we need your help.

The Saratoga Springs DPW Commissioner has advised that the batting cages at ESR will be closed if improvements aren’t made by the league immediately. We want to keep these public batting cages open and safe for our kids and the community—but we can’t do it without some extra hands.

📅 When: Saturday, May 2
⏰ Time: Starting at 9:00 AM (stay as long as you can)
📍 Where: East Side Rec. Batting Cages — 226 Lake Ave.

What we need help with:
-Cleaning out debris
-Raking and leveling
-W**d whacking inside and around cages
-Installing landscape fabric
-Spreading stone dust (wheelbarrows and shovels)

No special skills are required—just a willingness to pitch in. If you have tools (rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, w**d whackers), please bring them along.

This is one of those moments where a few hours from a lot of people makes a huge difference.
