Today, I want to take a moment to publicly thank three incredible women who have been the hands and feet of Jesus at Prodigal Daughters—Mrs. ROSETTA HOCHSTETLER, TARA WHITE, AND MAYA WHITE.

One of the most crucial needs we have at Prodigal is helping women who arrive with their children as they begin adjusting to a completely new season of life. Those first days can be overwhelming. Learning a new schedule, caring for multiple children, attending classes, and navigating the emotions that come with change can feel like a lot to carry.

That is where these amazing women have stepped in time and time again.

This morning, I opened the door and there stood Mrs. Rosetta, ready to serve for the day. What a blessing that was—and right on time. Her faithful presence brought encouragement and support exactly when it was needed most.

Then last night, I stopped by and found Tara and Maya holding babies, loving on children, and supporting a young mother as she navigated dinner time, baths, and the challenges of caring for her family while adjusting to life at Prodigal. What may seem like a simple act of service to some is truly life-changing to us and to the women we serve.

Because of their willingness to step in, our residents received the support they needed, our staff and ladies were able to continue with their daily activities, and one young mother was reminded that she is not alone.

When God calls us to be the hands and feet of Jesus, this is exactly what He means. Ministry is often found in the small, quiet moments—holding a baby, helping with bath time, offering encouragement, and simply showing up.

"Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." — 1 John 3:18

From all of us at Prodigal Daughters, thank you, Rosetta, Tara, and Maya, for saying "yes." Thank you for your servant hearts, your compassion, and your willingness to walk alongside these women and their children. The support you provide makes a tremendous difference, and we are deeply grateful.

When a woman comes through our doors and sees that kind of love and support surrounding her, it changes everything.

Thank you for being part of the incredible journey of restoration that God is writing in the lives of these women and their children.

HELP US MEET SOME SIMPLE NEEDS THIS WEEK!!!

Sometimes the smallest donations make the biggest impact.

Prodigal Daughters journey home is currently in need of a few everyday items to help care for the women and children in our program. Whether it's a pack of highlighter, a hairbrush, or a set of binders, every item helps us provide support, comfort, and hope to those rebuilding their lives.

If you'd like to donate please use the link below

Every gift reminds our daughters that they are loved, valued and not alone.

Scripture says:
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace - 1 Peter 4:10

Thank you for faithfully helping us make a difference one life at a time

Lately, God has been teaching me that the most important part of my life is my relationship with Jesus and understanding who He is — and who I am in Him.

If I do not know who I am in Christ, then I will fall for anything this world tries to tell me I am.

At Prodigal Daughters, our mission is to create space for women to sit with Jesus — to allow Him to pour into them through intentional time with Him, through prayer, and through studying His Word. We want their roots to grow so deep in Him that their feet will not be swayed by the world around them.

“You will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor.” — Isaiah 61:3

As we think about salvation and what that truly means, each person eventually comes to a place where they must decide for themselves: either He is, or He isn’t.

And once these women truly know for themselves that HE IS — and that He will always be because He is the great I AM — their futures begin to open up in beautiful ways. Hope is restored. Possibilities begin to shine brightly. And God pours into each one of them in miraculous ways.

What a good God we serve.

And what an incredible blessing it is that daily we get to play a small part in these women’s lives — planting His Word in their hearts and watching the miracles that spring forth from it. ❤️

Sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference.

At Prodigal Daughters, we are helping women and children rebuild their lives after brokenness, addiction, trauma, and hardship. Every day we work to create a home filled with love, peace, healing, and stability… but we can’t do it alone.

Right now, we are in urgent need of a few everyday items that help us care for our girls, babies, and home. Things as simple as cleaning supplies, baby items, and school supplies may not seem like much but to the women here, they are reminders that someone cares. That they are seen. That they matter. 💜

Whether you donate one item or several, you are helping create dignity, and hope for mothers and children walking through one of the hardest seasons of their lives.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2 ✝️

Yesterday, Prodigal Daughters and the children spent Memorial Day together at the parade as we celebrate the freedoms we have been blessed with in America. 🇺🇸

We believe it is important to teach our children not only to be grateful for the gifts God has given us, but also to honor and remember the brave men and women who fought and sacrificed so we could live in freedom today.

As we gather together, we pause to reflect on the courage, service, and sacrifice of so many heroes. We are thankful for those who gave so much for our country and for the opportunity to raise our children in freedom and faith.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

Today we remember. Today we honor. ❤️🤍💙

No matter what season you are walking through, God’s love never fails and His grace never runs out. 💜

Sometimes the journey feels heavy, but even in the hardest moments, God is still writing your story with purpose, healing, and hope. You are not forgotten. You are not alone. And your past does not disqualify you from the future God has prepared for you.

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” — Isaiah 43:19

Today, choose to believe that new beginnings are possible. ✨

There is something so incredibly beautiful happening inside Prodigal.

Not just outward beauty — though these women radiate that too — but the kind of beauty only God can create. The kind born from surrender. From healing. From choosing “yes” when fear, shame, and brokenness once tried to define their story.

Jesus has such a deep love for His daughters. A love that restores, redeems, and calls them worthy before the world ever could.

“He has sent me to comfort all who mourn… to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” — Isaiah 61:3

Every woman who walks through these doors and says yes to God is changing more than her own life. She is changing generations.

Her yes means children will grow up differently.
Her yes means cycles are being broken.
Her yes means future grandchildren will inherit freedom instead of bo***ge.
Her yes means legacy is being rewritten by the hand of God.

And the future ahead of these women is BRIGHT.

Not because life suddenly becomes easy, but because God is faithful to finish what He started in them. He is turning ashes into beauty, pain into purpose, and broken stories into testimonies that will bring hope to others.

Watching these women rise, heal, laugh, dream again, and discover who they are in Christ is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen.

Prodigal is full of beautiful women — beautiful because they are deeply loved by Jesus.

Today, we proudly celebrate two incredible women of Prodigal Daughters who have achieved a major milestone — earning their GEDs! 🎓✨

Their journeys have not always been easy, but through perseverance, faith, determination, and courage, they refused to give up. This accomplishment represents more than education; it is a testimony of strength, growth, and the power of believing that your past does not define your future.

At Prodigal Daughters, we are honored to walk alongside women as they rediscover their purpose and step boldly into new beginnings. These two ladies have shown what is possible when faith meets hard work and resilience.

“Being confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” — Philippians 1:6

We are beyond proud of you both and excited for the doors God is opening in your lives. Congratulations on this amazing achievement! 💜

Today, we celebrate two very special milestones at Prodigal Daughters as two of our precious children graduated from kindergarten! 🎓💛

Watching these little ones grow, learn, and flourish has been such a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness and the power of love, guidance, and encouragement. From their first days filled with uncertainty to this proud moment of accomplishment, their journey has inspired all of us.

At Prodigal Daughters, we believe every child has a purpose and a future full of hope. Today is more than a graduation — it is a celebration of resilience, growth, and the bright paths ahead for these young hearts.

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6

We are so proud of you both and can’t wait to see all that God has in store for your future. Congratulations, graduates! 🌟📚

Hey Guys! We are in desperate need of an industrial-size washing machine for our home. Our old one has completely broken, and with everything going on, we really need a replacement as soon as possible.

If anyone has one they are no longer using, knows of one available at a good price, or would be willing to donate one, we would be so incredibly grateful. Please message me if you can help.

Thank you all so much! ❤️
