It’s Friday, which means it’s time to drop everything—including your drawers for a quick self-exam.

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in young men, but it’s also one of the most curable if you catch it early. Treat your health like your weekend plans—don’t leave it to chance.

Just a friendly reminder from your local nut enthusiast: grab a pair and make sure they’re rare (of lumps, that is).

Let’s talk about the “balls” it takes to face a diagnosis head on.

Former pro football punter knows a thing or two about pressure, but his journey with testicular cancer is the ultimate play of the game. He’s turned a personal battle into a roadmap for others, proving that being “tough” also means being vocal about your health.

Don’t drop the ball on your health, and check your equipment.

The stories we share are the lifelines we don’t know others need.

When 5x Olympic Gold medalist decided to go public with his testicular cancer journey, he wasn’t just sharing a personal update— he was creating a roadmap for others. For seeing a champion face the same diagnosis provided more than just hope; it provided a community.

This is the heartbeat of what we do here at : proving that no one has to navigate their toughest laps alone. 🤝
