Sisters of Sojourn Sisters of Sojourn is a group of women, dedicated to raising money for Sojourn's Adams House, a second stage shelter for abused women.

Established in 1977, Sojourn Services For Battered Women and their Children is the only OPCC project whose sole focus is serving battered women and their children. Operating the second-oldest crisis shelter in the state, Sojourn has a reputation as one of the premier shelter-based victim service providers in Southern California and is the only such service provider on the Westside of Los Angeles County. Sojourn's mission is to empower people to rebuild their lives with a focus on the immediate and ongoing needs of battered women and their children, while stopping the cycle of violence in their families. Sojourn helps approximately 2,000 victims a year achieve safety and regain dignity through comprehensive programming and outreach.
