We hit our target of $15,000!
The proceeds from this fun-raiser support our ongoing preservation of the clubhouse and gardens.

The Art Auction raised $4136!
The garden art auction proceeds benefit the 66th Fine Arts Awards, our annual music and arts competition that recognizes high school juniors and seniors in San Luis Obispo County.

The Monday Club SLO hosted its Concert & Art at the Clubhouse event on Sunday afternoon. Three local artists performed at the event, including Burning James, Lynda Tymchek, and Rosewood Honey. More information in the comments.

This Election Day, June 2, The Monday Club is once again participating in San Luis Obispo County's Adopt-a-Poll program. A total of 15 volunteers, including Monday Club members and their family and friends, are staffing the polls. This year, our polling place is just across the street at the SLO Veteran's Hall. Ahead of Election Day, the inspector and clerks attended a three-hour training and were sworn into their roles by the County Clerk-Recorder's office. When we think back on the history of the club and our founding members in the years of the Women's Suffrage movement, adopting a poll is a meaningful way to honor that history and support the election process in our community. Thanks to everyone who supported this activity!

We had fun partnering with the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce at the EXPO at the Expo 2026. We met many people who had not heard of The Monday Club and many who are long-time friends.

Thank you for the spotlight! The Monday Club building is 92 years old and requires continuous stewardship to maintain its original fixtures, building finishes, doors, windows, mechanical and landscaping - to name a few. Our club established a dedicated 501(c)3 non-profit to handle the funding, restoration, and structural maintenance of the historic site. Monday, May 4, was the final club meeting for the 25/26 year. It was fun to have an opportunity to wear hats! We've had a gratifying year with lots of community service and fun. Members gave a standing ovation for the outgoing board of directors. We appreciate the time and effort they donated to lead the club. This is Dawn Turner's last year as president - thank you, Dawn! Angellia Moore is the incoming new president!
