We are stoked to be part of the CARV Expo this year at the San Diego Convention Center! Whether we’re gathered on the beach or connecting with the surf community at the expo, our mission remains the same: healing and connection through the power of the ocean.

Before you paddle out, walk the shore. 🐚

Intention Objects — Tool 1 of the Groundswell Quiver.

Find something at the water’s edge that calls to you. A stone. A shell. A piece of driftwood. Hold it, and ask yourself: what do I want to receive from the ocean today? What am I carrying in? Let that object hold your answer.

Your intention object can symbolize something you’re calling in, maybe its strength, softness, joy. It can honor someone you’re grieving, bringing them into the water with you. Or it can hold the duality of everything you’re feeling at once, both heavy like a rock and light like a feather. When you’re done, give it back to the ocean or leave it on the sand for someone else to find.
