We are excited to see our F.A.N.C.Y. Ambassadors officially begin their paid summer internship with the Elementary Institute of Science!

Over the next eight weeks, these young women will gain hands-on experience while building leadership, STEM, and workforce readiness skills.

Our FANCY Ambassadors had an amazing time enjoying a pottery outing with Ms. Kim. Experiences like these remind us that leadership development also includes making memories, building relationships, and embracing new experiences together.

Our F.A.N.C.Y. Teen Girls Leadership Academy is more than a program. It is a space for girls of color to grow, lead, connect, and shine!

FANCYLeadership Academy girls build confidence, strengthen self identity, develop leadership skills, practice healthy relationships, and learn how to advocate for themselves and their futures.

Participants also experience mentorship, college and career exposure, community service, field trips, hands on workshops, STEAM activities, public speaking, networking, and sisterhood.
