We finally got Alex Goff in front of the camera for a change 🎥

Alex Goff was inducted into the US Rugby Hall of Fame this year. The foundation understands the importance of honoring those who tell the stories, keep our community engaged and reach new audiences. Alex has been reporting on US rugby for two decades. We are lucky to have story tellers like him in our community.

Behind every strong youth program, every school partnership, every club that found a way to build something real — there's a story nobody's heard. A board that got its act together. A coach who kept showing up. A community that turned a construction site into a shared mission.

That's what 'What's Going Right?' is about. Once a month, we dig deeper into one of those stories and share more wins from across the community in our weekly round ups.

But we can't tell a story we don't know about — and we know there's incredible work happening right now that hasn't been seen. Programs quietly doing things right that could help the next club do the same.

That's why we're investing in leaders and helping build the infrastructure our game needs to grow long term.

We see the upcoming Rugby World Cups as an opportunity. But lasting impact won't come from a few weeks of competition and mainstream spotlight.

It comes from the work we're doing today to create stronger rugby communities and programs for decades to come.
