Proud of all our athletes who made the trek to Fresno!! Congratulations to our medalists and State Champions!! Granite WC is now preparing to send 9 athletes out to National Duals, over the next 2 weeks, to represent Team California!! Then Fargo Nationals after that! It’s go time 💪🏽!

Granite WC Youth Announcement ‼️

Starting this upcoming Monday, June 1st, our Youth team will be transitioning back to Folkstyle wrestling!! We have several local tournaments upcoming in July, August, and September. Stay tuned for more information on those!

It’s no secret that our most successful wrestlers are putting in the time throughout the spring, summer, and fall! For those of you who just finished baseball season, or have some down time between now and the start of football, this is a great opportunity to get back in the room and put some work in!

During the off-season, we are offering both Full-Time and Part-Time memberships for our Youth athletes! Make sure to set aside some time for wrestling, and get yourself prepared for the winter season!

Practices are Monday - Thursday / 6-7:30pm.

Our State Medalists from last weekend’s tournament in Fresno!!! Proud of all our athletes who toed the line and competed. We left with 6 medalists, a lot of experience, and even more hunger!

CA USAW Kids Folkstyle State Medalists!!!

This past weekend, Granite WC traveled north to Fresno, CA for the annual Kids Folkstyle State Championships. After 2 long days of wrestling, Granite WC put 8 out of 10 wrestlers on the podium and crowned 1 champion, Ethan Escobar.

We are extremely proud of all 10 athletes who traveled to compete with the best of the best. Each of these athletes showed resilience, determination, and growth throughout the whole season! The future is bright for each of them and we are excited to begin chasing down new goals!

We begin our Freestyle and Greco season TODAY! Our next tournament is about 5 weeks away! If you’re interested in joining Granite WC, message us here for more information!

2026 SDIKWA OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS!!

What a way to end the youth season for Granite WC! They wrestled this past Sunday at the final tournament of the season. The team captured the 2nd place trophy and brought home tons of hardware!

2026 CA USAW Cadet/Junior Folkstyle State!!!

What a way to kick start the off-season for Granite WC. The squad traveled north to the Selland Arena, in Fresno, and brought home tons of hardware! 7 of our 13 athletes medaled and 4 bears were secured 🐻 🏆!

Up Next: This upcoming weekend we have the CA USAW Kid’s Folkstyle State Championships, back in Fresno, CA! It’s going to be an exciting week for Granite WC!
