YMCA volunteers spent the morning giving back at Cabrillo National Monument 🌿 It was a beautiful day ☀️ supporting one of San Diego’s most iconic outdoor spaces.

Our group helped remove invasive plants and protect native habitat. Together, we’re helping keep the park healthy and beautiful for future visitors.

Day 3 of the Solidarity Journey brought powerful momentum. Justin Lipford, David Baker and many others made the trek on foot from the SD County Admin Building to the Ryan Family YMCA to share our mission to end youth homelessness.

In support of this message, artist Neil Shigley showcased his Invisible People Project, a series of larger-than-life block prints that document unhoused individuals across the United States.

We closed the evening with a soothing sound healing session hosted by Genevieve, Katerina and Jonathon. (Video recap at the end of the gallery)

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Your time and energy help raise awareness about youth homelessness and move us closer to a brighter future for tomorrow’s youth.
