The 4th Annual GARS (Golfers of Rufty-Holmes Senior Center) Golf Tournament is on the books as another successful event! Last year GARS donated $12,000 to Rufty-Holmes Senior Center (RHSC) from the tournament helping us with the last bit needed to purchase our ADA van! Thank you to all who donate to make your community's Senior Center the Amazing place that it is for Aging Adults 55+ in Rowan County.

A BIG Thank you to the RHSC Ambassadors ( 🩵 shirts)! We couldn't have done it without you!

Senior Fitness Challenge 2026!

3 hours…6 half hour classes….26 participants completed (2 aged 90, 5 ages 80-89, 12 ages 70-79 and 7 ages 62-69). Wonderful lunch and fellowship followed.

This event happens every September!
