Salisbury SGRho - Lambda Epsilon Sigma Alumnae Chapter Welcome to the Official page of the Lambda Epsilon Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. located in Salisbury, NC.

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. was organized on November 12, 1922 in Indianapolis, Indiana by seven school teachers: Mary Lou Allison Little, Dorothy Hanley Whiteside, Vivian White Marbury, Nannie Mae Gahn Johnson, Hattie Mae Dulin Redford, Bessie M. Downey Martin and Cubena McClure. The group became an incorporated national collegiate sorority on December 30, 1929, when a charter was granted to A

lpha chapter at Butler University. The Lambda Epsilon Sigma Alumnae Chapter (SalisburySGRho) was chartered June 5, 2010 by five Sorority members. The chapter serves the Salisbury/Rowan County community and surrounding counties. The undergraduate chapter at a Livingstone College (Mu Tau) is sponsored by the alumnae chapter along with the Rhoer Youth Affiliate Group and the Philo Auxilary Group.

84th Northeastern Regional Conference Recap

What an unforgettable experience at the 84th Northeastern Regional Conference! From April 22–26, sorors from across the region gathered in Springfield for a powerful week filled with sisterhood, service, and excellence elevated.

From impactful workshops and inspiring speakers to meaningful connections and unforgettable moments, this conference reminded us of the strength and unity within our sisterhood. 💙💛

We showed up, represented with pride, and left even more empowered to continue the work in our communities. The energy, the collaboration, and the dedication to growth were unmatched!
