🎉 We are finally ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS for Pepper! 🎉
We've spent the last couple of weeks learning more about her medical needs, so we'll let her introduce herself:
Hi! I'm Pepper, and if you're looking for a kitten with a HUGE personality packed into a tiny body, we need to meet!
I arrived at Faithful Friends when I was just 4 weeks old: a scrungly little baby who wasn't feeling my best. Now I'm 8 weeks old, healthy, happy, and ready to find my forever family!
Everyone here says I'm one of the friendliest kittens they've ever met. I never meet a stranger, I love everyone, and my favorite activity is climbing onto people's shoulders to observe the world like a tiny parrot. I'm playful, fearless, curious, and always ready for my next adventure.
I was born with a condition called **eyelid agenesis**, which means parts of my upper eyelids didn't fully develop. Right now, it doesn't affect my quality of life at all! I run, play, cuddle, and cause kitten chaos just like any other baby. As I grow, I may need surgery or lifelong eye-drop maintenance to keep my eyes comfortable. Faithful Friends is committed to working closely with my future family and will remain available as a resource throughout my treatment journey.
Because of my condition, my veterinarian recommends waiting until I'm about 8 months old to be spayed. The sanctuary will schedule and pay for my spay surgery at that time, and it's already included in my adoption fee.
I'm looking for a home with an experienced cat owner, preferably someone familiar with special-needs cats. I'd also love a feline friend to help me burn off all this kitten energy!
The staff and volunteers here are completely obsessed with me, and honestly, I get it. I'm sweet, spunky, affectionate, and so much fun. Whoever adopts me is going to be very lucky.
Think you're the perfect family for a shoulder-riding, toy-chasing, cuddle-loving little girl like me? Submit an application today on our website! ❤️🐾
