Lucky 7’s first party. Ever. She arrived on June 7th, of course. Her’s is a story like no other. Some day I will tell her whole story. Living with Lucky is the joy of my life. This is long but well worth it with a surprise ending.

Lucky entertaining herself with the old table cloth trick. Another day indoors because of the lethal heat.
*NOTE: Lucky is a new resident. She was hit by a taxi as a hatchling and her legs don’t work. This is her Breakfast Bucket.

Lucky 7 has quite a following now and has a new workout program she is launching. What she lacks in leg power from a severe injury as a hatchling, she makes up for in beak, neck and wing strength, agility and physics calculations. She joins us every morning at the breakfast table in her Lucky Bucket Cafe chair, bright eyed and eager for something to eat and something to challenge her physically and mentally. In this episode, she watches an exercise video and has graduated from moving a bottle to 2- 1 lb. weights with a surprise finish.

Lucky is why I never get anything done!
