The mission of Hnub Tshiab: Hmong Women Achieving Together is to be a catalyst for lasting social, cultural, and institutional change to improve the lives of Hmong women. We envision a world where Hmong women and girls are valued and supported to achieve their highest potential in all of their roles. We see a society that honors the choices that Hmong women make and celebrates their ability to dir

ect their own destinies. Our organization focuses on developing Hmong women leaders through our Hmong Women’s Leadership Institute, bridging the generations through our intergenerational retreats, and incorporating theory such as narrative therapy and solution focused methods into our work. Our leadership curriculum and intergenerational retreat utilizes culturally specific strategies to enhance self awareness, resilience, and co-construction of new narratives.

Live Your Best Life Grant – Call for Applications!
Hnub Tshiab: Hmong Women Achieving Together is excited to award $1,000 to a Hmong woman who is pursuing her best life—on her own terms! 💕✨
The Ilean Kao Ly Her Live Your Best Life Grant is designed to support a Hmong woman between the ages of 18–29 who is seeking to grow, pursue her dreams, overcome challenges, or create meaningful opportunities for herself.
Eligibility:
• Identify as a Hmong woman
• Reside in the state of Minnesota
• Share how this grant will help you live your best life
Applications may be submitted by the individual seeking the grant or by a nominator.
📅 DEADLINE: Wednesday, September 11th at 11:59 PM CST
Please apply, nominate someone, or share this opportunity with a Hmong woman who deserves to be supported and celebrated. 🌷
The selected recipient must attend the Living Our Dreams Gala to receive the grant. Additional details will be shared upon selection.

Hnub Tshiab introduces an AMAZING opportunity for Hmong girls! Those who are eligible are those aged 14 to 17 years old! Experience a 24-hour adventure in Hudson, WI.
This program is designed to give Hmong girls a breaking-through journey to uncover their strength, passion, and entrepreneurship spirit; all while working to win a $1,000 business start-up grant award for one Hmong girl!
Participants will walk away with key learning's in business start-up basics, financial literacy, and self-empowerment. They will meet and hear from other Hmong women entrepreneurs and engage in thought-provoking exercises and conversations.
Workshop dates: Friday, May 1st at 5:30 PM through Saturday, May 2nd at 5:30 PM
