Cal's Angels Leading Chicagoland Pediatric Cancer Foundation with a mission to grant wishes, raise awareness, and fund research to help kids fighting cancer.

Cal’s Angels is a St. Charles, Illinois based 501(c)(3) pediatric cancer foundation established in 2007 by Tom and Stacey Sutter after losing their oldest son Cal to leukemia in 2006. During his treatment, Cal always cared about others before himself. Cal’s kindness inspired Tom and Stacey to start a foundation that would grant wishes, raise awareness and fund research to help kids fighting cancer. For more information visit calsangels.org. Angels in Action: Wish Granted 💫

Sometimes the greatest gift is getting to say YES. For Dominic and his sister, one wish turned into an unforgettable “YES Weekend!”

Dominic visited his favorite baseball card shop, where he scored a signed Caleb Wilson rookie card, and even pulled a rare card from a pack!

His sister headed to Target and Build-A-Bear, where she discovered she didn't have to choose just one thing. And one of her first thoughts? Making a bear for her brother.

With surgery approaching for Dominic, the timing couldn't have been better. That night, his sister told Mom it was “the best day ever.”

Our runners are incredible, and their reasons for running are even more powerful.

Meet Kiley, Cal’s stepsister.

Watching Cal fight cancer changed her life. His journey inspired her to become a nurse, turning something deeply personal into a career caring for others.

Now, she’s running 26.2 miles in his honor and for every family facing childhood cancer.
