At Central High School's Ag/Vet Science Camp last week, Kane County Farm Bureau visited with campers to share more about agriculture through hands-on learning.

Students put their problem-solving skills to work during our Buzz Bot Harvester challenge, where teams designed, tested, and improved their own harvesters to collect as many kernels as possible. Along the way, they explored concepts like teamwork, weight distribution, engineering design, and the technology farmers use to harvest crops efficiently while discovering how STEM and agriculture work together!

The Buzz Bot Harvester challenge is just one of many Agriculture in the Classroom lessons that help students connect agriculture to the world around them every day. 🌽🤖
