The Elias Kent Kane Chapter, with the help of a few supportive husbands, spent the day cleaning headstones at Whitney Cemetery in Campton Hills to honor our founders during the National DAR Day of Service! 🧹✨🪦

Annually on or about October 11, chapters across the nation give back to their communities by participating in service projects in the DAR mission areas of historic preservation, education, and patriotism. 🤝🌍✨ 🪦✨🇺🇸 🏷️📍📜

September 17–23 is Constitution Week!

Established through the efforts of the Daughters of the American Revolution in 1955, this annual observance encourages all Americans to learn more about the Constitution and its lasting impact. The Elias Kent Kane Chapter, NSDAR invites our community to celebrate this foundational document and the liberties it protects.

What a wonderful morning together! Our Joint Cherry Blossom Celebration with the Aurora Chapter was filled with friendship, shared purpose, and beautiful moments of unity. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this gathering so special. 🌸

We welcomed new members, commemorated the 25th anniversary of 9/11, rang bells for Constitution Week, and enjoyed a fun interactive trivia game featuring questions about Cherry Blossom Trees, America 250, and DAR.

We are grateful for the teamwork, the smiles, and the spirit of sisterhood that continue to strengthen both of our chapters.

In the Batavia City Council chambers on Sunday June 14th from 1pm to 2:30pm, there will be an exhibit of representative flags of the United States that show the progression of the Flag from the Revolutionary War to modern era. There will be flags from the 1800’s and World War II. Please join us before the 2:45pm Flag Day Ceremony at the Monument.
