Fox Valley Food for Health Food for Health is a local nonprofit serving the Fox Valley with free organic meals for people facing health challenges.

Through volunteers, teen culinary training, gardens, and nutrition education, we strengthen our community with care and connection. Facing a health crisis can turn everyday routines upside down. When life feels overwhelming, preparing nourishing meals often becomes difficult to manage. At Food for Health, we support individuals and families during these times by preparing and delivering fresh, organic meals made with care. Our menus focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods such as seasonal vegetables, fruits, responsibly sourced proteins, and thoughtfully prepared recipes designed to nourish and sustain. Thanks to the volunteer gardeners and community partners, much of our produce is grown organically and harvested specifically for our meals. Each dish reflects the time, care, and generosity of the people who make this work possible. Beyond meals, Food for Health is committed to education and connection. Through teen culinary training, gardening, and nutrition education, we help build lifelong skills and raise awareness about the role food plays in overall well-being while strengthening our community one meal at a time.
