5,000 patients and growing! 💙

Since opening in January, Sutter Health’s Benicia Primary Care Center has quickly become a resource for the local community. Recently, caregivers, Sutter leaders and community members came together for an official ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the center’s opening and the more than 5,000 patients it has already served.

With family medicine and internal medicine providers together in one convenient location, the center is helping more local families access high-quality, relationship-based primary care close to home.

Every kid deserves a chance to play sports. 🏀🏈 And this summer, Sutter Health teamed up with Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy and Boys & Girls Club of Placer County to help make that possible through the eight-week Level Up All Sports Camp, offered at no cost to 300 kids.

At seven club locations, kids explored flag football, soccer, basketball and volleyball while building confidence, making friends and developing healthy habits that can support them both on and off the field. 💙

We're advancing cardiovascular care at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento!

SMCS was among the first hospitals to adopt the JenaValve transcatheter heart valve and Edwards SAPIEN M3 system following their transition beyond the clinical trial setting. The program also achieved the first nontrial JenaValve case in the nation and is one of two systems in Northern California commercially using the Edwards SAPIEN M3 system.

These milestones reflect the expertise, collaboration and dedication of our physicians, advanced practice clinicians, cath lab teams, coordinators, HCHA partners and inpatient and outpatient colleagues who work together to deliver exceptional care for our patients.

Getting care close to home just got easier for Elk Grove families. 💙

Sutter Health has opened a new primary care hub, the first of three new health care facilities planned to open in Elk Grove this year.

With eight primary care physicians, on-site lab services and behavioral health support, the new center brings more care together in one convenient location, making it easier for patients to get the care and support they need close to home.

And there's more to come, with a new pediatric urgent care center and specialty care center planned to open later this year.
