If a young woman told me she was curious about tech but nervous about AI changing everything, here’s what I’d say: Good. That curiosity is exactly what this industry needs. Because AI isn’t replacing the people who ask the best questions. It’s replacing the people who stop asking them. The women who will thrive in tech aren’t the ones who memorize every framework. They’re the ones who stay curious. Who ask, ‘Who does this leave out?’ We’ll be here when you do. 💜
