Day ✌🏽 of our Elevate technical conference!

We were honored to have Mary Teichert, President of Teichert join us for breakfast and talk about her journey from Quality Assurance to becoming President of the company.

We had concrete and asphalt breakout sessions, where we learned about artificial intelligence, sustainability, policy, standards and much more.

Our awards dinner is at 5:30, and we will see you on the fairway tomorrow morning for our golf outing!⛳️🏌🏻

This conversation matters to every sector tied to economic stability, quality of life, growth, investment, jobs, and the foundation of the built environment.

If we want to build faster, rebuild smarter, improve affordability, strengthen supply chains, and keep projects from dying in process instead of succeeding in communities — we need reliable permitted supply chains, serious reform and real engagement.

This is not about eliminating environmental protection.
It is about restoring balance, predictability, accountability, and the ability to deliver. Because when projects stall endlessly, California loses more than time — we lose opportunity, investment, competitiveness, and public trust.
