This six-session academy brings aspiring administrators together to strengthen their leadership voice, discover their purpose, build lasting connections, and prepare for future opportunities—all within a cohort rooted in cultura, comunidad, and the CALSA Familia.

Through guided reflection, mentorship, and practical leadership experiences, you'll leave with the confidence, skills, and community to lead with purpose.

We’re excited to announce that Dr. Eduardo Reyes will serve as the new President of CALSA’s San Diego Chapter! 🎉

As Superintendent of the Chula Vista Elementary School District, the largest TK–6 school district in California, Dr. Reyes is passionate about ensuring each student is afforded opportunities to develop their own individual potential. Dr. Reyes has built a career centered on creating safe, inclusive learning environments and advancing student achievement through collaboration with educators, families, and communities. His leadership reflects a steadfast belief that every child can reach their greatest potential when provided the right opportunities.

As he begins this new chapter of leadership with CALSA, we look forward to the vision, connection, and advocacy he will bring to the San Diego Chapter and the broader CALSA familia.
