Christmas on the Farm is almost here! 🎄❤️

Join us on November 21 at Jenkins Farm in Canton, GA, for a day of Christmas fun.

Tell your friends, tell your church, invite your neighbors! Help us spread the word and bring more families to the farm. The more people we reach, the more opportunities we have to introduce others to Wiphan's mission and connect children with sponsors who will walk alongside them.

🎟️ Admission at the door: Adults $15 | Children ages 3–15 $10 | Under 3 FREE

Today, is world Teachers' Day. This year’s theme, “Standing with teachers: 60 years of protecting the profession, advancing its status and shaping our futures,” reminds us just how deeply a teacher’s influence can reach.

We spent time celebrating our teachers today by gathering at Lifespring Lodge for a well-deserved time to celebrate, reflect, play games, laugh together, and simply enjoy being appreciated.

To every Wiphan teacher: thank you for the lives you are shaping and the love you bring into the classroom each day. We are so grateful for you. đź’›

“I never thought I’d go to school. I never thought I’d graduate.”

Dorcas joined Wiphan in 2009 after losing her father and facing a future where education felt out of reach.

Through Wiphan, she not only received an education—she discovered her identity in Christ and a calling to serve others.

Today, Dorcas is a social worker and youth leader, sharing that same hope with children and young women in her community.

One life poured into. Many more impacted. đź’›

Two students. Two different journeys. So much to celebrate. ❤️

As a new school term begins, we’re celebrating the growth and accomplishments of Wiphan students like Blessings and Joyce.

Blessings began her Wiphan journey in Grade 1. Today, she is in Grade 7, participates in the Spelling Bee, leads others in singing, and is regularly chosen as a class monitor. Her strong academic performance even allowed her to advance directly from Grade 5 to Grade 7. In her most recent mock exams, she scored 827 out of 900 marks. She dreams of becoming a nurse one day and is already working hard in Science toward that goal.

Joyce joined Wiphan Nkwazi in 2025. Her teacher has watched her make meaningful progress in reading, writing, communication, and confidence. One moment especially stood out: during this year’s Decathlon, Joyce stood before others and confidently presented her project.

Join us in celebrating Blessings and Joyce!

Clean water changes everyday life. đź’§

Each Wiphan center has a water well providing safe, clean water for the children we serve—supporting their health, wellbeing, and ability to learn and grow.

It’s one of the many practical ways we invest in children and their communities for the long term. 💛

Felix Phiri first came to Wiphan in 2008, when his grandmother struggled to afford school and provide enough food for their family.

Through Wiphan, he received an education, daily meals, and something that would change his life forever: an introduction to Jesus.

Today, after continuing through secondary school, tertiary education, and discipleship, Felix’s story is a beautiful picture of what it means to walk alongside a child for the long haul. 💛

It’s letter writing season at Wiphan! 💌

The children have been busy writing to their sponsors, and we can’t wait for those letters to reach you. If you sponsor a child, don’t forget to send your letter in, too. Hearing from you reminds them that someone is thinking of them, cheering them on, and interested in their lives.

We do everything we can to make sure children who don’t yet have sponsors still have someone to write to. There are many children still waiting for that connection. If you’ve been thinking about sponsoring a child, this is a lovely time to begin. ❤️
