We kicked off 35 Days of Giving with some of the people helping shape NFCC’s future! 💙💚🧡

Today, our Board of Directors gathered to reflect on what we’ve accomplished, hear updates from across our programs and look ahead at what’s next for NFCC.

As our community’s needs continue to evolve, so do the ways we’re working to meet them. That means thinking beyond the resources we provide today and exploring new opportunities to serve more neighbors, serve them better and strengthen our impact across North Fulton.

We’re grateful for a Board of Directors whose leadership, dedication and belief in our mission help us keep moving forward.

There’s a lot to be excited about, and we’re just getting started!

“Without NFCC, I would be homeless.”

After losing her job, one of our North Fulton neighbors found herself facing eviction despite doing everything she could to make ends meet.

She turned to NFCC for financial assistance and discovered additional support through our Food Pantry and clothing assistance programs.

For the first time, she’s sharing her journey in her own words.

As we kick off 35 Days of Giving, we’re sharing the stories behind our mission and the neighbors who remind us why this work matters.

Every step forward starts somewhere. 💙💚🧡

What's next after earning your GED? Or maybe you're thinking about going back to school?

Last week, we welcomed Gwinnett Technical College for an information session to help our neighbors explore new educational opportunities!

14 attendees learned about certificate, diploma and degree programs, admissions requirements, financial aid and opportunities to continue their education.

A special thank-you to Alisa Miller from Gwinnett Tech for sharing these resources and answering questions!

Sometimes, taking the next step starts with knowing what's possible. We're grateful for community partners who help us make those opportunities more accessible.
