This week the CDA welcomed Grounded Kids Yoga to introduce our students to the fundamentals of yoga!

Through playful movements, breathing exercises, and fun poses, our little learners practiced balance, flexibility, strength, body awareness, and coordination—all while having fun! 😊We’re grateful for opportunities like these that support our students' growth and well-being! 🌱💖
