Blessings, brothers and sisters! Rev. Patty G is bringing a simple word of encouragement today from Numbers 6:24–26:

“The Lord bless thee, and keep thee:

The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.”

As this school year begins, I’m grateful to be back on the road—driving the bus, meeting people, and spreading God’s love wherever He sends me. From the buses and schools to the churches, parks, and neighborhoods across Galveston County and Brazoria County, may we remember that God’s hand is upon every young person, every parent, every teacher, every worker, and every family.

Today, I’m standing on this bridge with the water below, beautiful clouds above, my Bible in hand, and faith in my heart. I just want to remind somebody: God has not forgotten you. Keep standing, keep praying, keep believing, and let His peace cover you today.

Young and old, let’s carry the light of Jesus everywhere we go. God bless you, and have a peaceful, powerful day! 🙏🏾📖

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Prayer Rally at Friendswood Junior High. I’m Reverend Patty G, a local chaplain and school bus driver, and today was truly a success.

We were blessed by an incredible turnout—more than expected—and it speaks volumes about the strength of this community. We had administrators, paraprofessionals, teachers, parents, and friends all come together in unity to pray for our students. Even in the heat, you showed up, and that means so much.

It was a joy meeting many of you and sharing this moment together as we prepare for the upcoming school year. Through —a collaboration between Together for Alvin and Modern Acts—we were able to pray over 74 schools across our area. Today, Friendswood Junior High was powerfully covered in prayer.

Thank you again for your support, your presence, and your commitment to lifting up our schools.
