Helping Hands' first ever golf tournament was a big success for us! The weather was a little wet on Monday but it didn't damper our spirits. We had 19 teams sign up and 17 showed up to play in the rain! Congratulations to our overall winning team of Brenda and Dave Avalon, Anthony Smithers and Jeff Largen.
Thank to all our hole sponsors and raffle sponsors and to American Legion Post 111 for lunch. A big shout out to all the Helping Hands volunteers for showings up and helping out. A special thanks to Jay Flora and Dee Case who took the lead and made this day a success! Hope to see all our golfers back next year. Hopefully we will pick a sunny day!
