Rock Island Arsenal Spouse and Community Club

Rock Island Arsenal Spouse and Community Club RIASCC is a private, not-for-profit, non-federal entity. It is not a part of the Department of Defense or any of its components and has no governmental status.

RIASCC is built on the six core values of Friendship, Service, Integrity, Generosity, Accountability, and Courtesy. These values serve as the organization's foundation and establish the character and identity of RIASCC and its members. The purpose of the RIASCC is to develop and foster a spirit of Quad Cities Area (QCA) community responsibility at Rock Island Arsenal, to provide opportunities for social, cultural and creative pursuits and to support worthwhile service and community projects.

Congratulations to the 2026-2027 RIASCC executive board! We look forward to next year full of great programs, volunteer projects, and fun.

At this time we also have to say goodbye to Christina- whose unwavering commitment to the club will be missed. We will miss the Bunco game laughter, the chatting over crafts and most importantly the reminder to get our board reports in on time. Thank you for a wonderful year as secretary! Safe travels
