Lovely to spend the morning at WDBJ7's Here at Home with Kimberly McBroom WDBJ7 talking about Mahj & Mingle!

It's not too late to grab your ticket or purchase a table to play mahjong with your friends! All proceeds go to Community Youth Program to keep our programs completely FREE for Roanoke City children.

Come hang with us at Mahj & Mingle 🀄️💛

Bring your friends, meet some new people, play a few games, and support CYP while you’re at it. It’s always a good time when the community gets together.

🗓️ Wednesday, October 14th
⏰ 5:00pm to 7:30pm
📍 St. John’s Parish Hall

We’ll see you there 👀

Mahj & Mingle is almost here 🀄️✨ Come for the mahj, stay for the food, drinks, and good company. Spots are filling up, so don’t wait until you’re seeing everyone else’s pics to wish you were there 👀

All while supporting CYP. 💛

🎲 Help us stock the CYP game shelf!

We’re looking for new or gently used board games for our students at Community Youth Program. Games are a big part of our afternoons at CYP, giving students a chance to have fun, connect with each other, practice teamwork, and just enjoy being kids.

We’re especially looking for games that work well for elementary, middle, and high school students. Think classics, strategy games, card games, party games, and anything that gets a group playing together!

♟️ Have games your family has outgrown or no longer plays? We’d love to give them a new home at CYP.

📍 Donations can be dropped off at Community Youth Program, 1 Mountain Ave SW, Roanoke.

Questions or want to arrange a drop-off? Message us or email [email protected].

Huge thanks to Patti Kapral (Kapral Art) for spending the next 3 weeks with our elementary students, teaching them all about watercolor painting! 🎨💦 We can’t wait to see what they create!
