FCA Roanoke Valley FCA's vision is to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.

Our mission is to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is touching millions of lives one heart at a time. Since 1954, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes has been challenging coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels to use the powerful medium of athletes t

o impact the world for Jesus Christ. FCA is the largest interdenominational, school-based, Christian sports organization in America. FCA focuses on serving local communities by equipping, empowering and encouraging people to make a difference for Christ. Our Mission: To present to athletes and coaches and all whom they influence the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church. FCA Roanoke Valley and Heights Community Church are excited to launch Game Changers, a FREE, year-round ministry for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Each Sunday, kids will build athletic skills, play games, worship together, and discover God's Word in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment. They'll grow in teamwork, leadership, perseverance, confidence, and their identity in Christ.

Sports include: Basketball, Soccer, Baseball/Softball, Pickleball, Tennis, Track & Field, Flag Football, Kickball, Hiking, and more!

📅 Launch Day: Sunday, September 13
⏰ Every Sunday: 9:45–11:30 AM
📍 Heights Community Church – Grandin Village: 2014 Memorial Ave SW Roanoke, VA 24015

Typical Schedule
• 9:45–10:25 AM – Sports Instruction
• 10:30–10:50 AM – Worship Music
• 10:50–11:30 AM – Children's Church

Some Sundays we'll head to nearby fields and courts for outdoor activities.

Everyone is welcome! You do not have to be a member of Heights Community Church to participate.

Last week was such an incredible week at FCA Competitors Camp at Liberty University. Nearly 1,500 student-athletes came together to grow in their sport, but even more importantly, to grow in their faith. The highlight of the week was seeing hundreds of students-athletes make a first-time commitment or recommitment to Jesus.
We're grateful to have witnessed God move in such a powerful way. Please pray for these student-athletes as they return home. That they would stay rooted in their faith and boldly shine the light of Christ wherever they go. To God be all the glory ❤️✝️
