Hauser PTO Hauser PTO is an independent parent-teacher organization representing Hauser J. High, in Riverside, Ill.

The Hauser PTO is a collaboration of parents, teachers and staff working together to provide educational, cultural and social activities to support our students and foster a strong school community. Membership is automatic and free for every Hauser parent, guardian, staff member, and teacher. The PTO sponsors a variety of events and activities throughout the year. They all rely on the talent, ener

gy and leadership of volunteers, but offer a range of opportunities to accommodate individual interest and availability.

8th grade parents! The graduation celebration committee has planned an awesome event for your Hauser grads! The PTO supports the event financially but does ask 8th grade parents to help with monetary donations. The PTO budgets $4,000 for this event with the goal of collecting the additional $2,000 from 8th grade parents. If you are able to donate please do so at Hauserpto.org under fundraising.

We are planning a trip for 8th graders to Washington, D.C. next spring! Please note that this is not a school-sponsored trip, it will be coordinated through the educational tour company WorldStrides. On this once-in-a-lifetime adventure, students will explore some of our country’s most important historical sites while experiencing incomparable learning moments.

Informational Meeting
We’ll hold an informational meeting for current 7th graders and their families on Thursday, May 21st at 6:00 PM in the Hauser Auditorium to review the trip and answer questions. If you attend the meeting, sign in on our sign-in sheet, and register by 5/28/26, an additional $100 credit will be applied to your account.
