Please join TruEvolution's workshop series, Finding Your H.A.R.T., on Monday, July 6, 2026.
Designed for individuals who are currently struggling with substance use or are in recovery, Finding Your H.A.R.T. is a collaborative workshop series facilitated by TruEvolution. Focused on exploring the underlying reasons behind substance use in a supportive and judgment-free environment. Through a holistic and compassionate approach, participants will engage in meaningful discussions, learn practical prevention and coping strategies, and participate in art therapy activities that promote healing, self-reflection, and personal growth.
Important Information:
• Registration is required prior to attendance. Space is limited to 15 participants so please register as soon as possible by scanning the QR code.
• A maximum 10-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals to minimize disruptions to the meaningful conversations taking place during the workshop.
• Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Este taller está diseñado para personas que enfrentan desafíos relacionados con el consumo de sustancias o que se encuentran en recuperación. Facilitado por TruEvolution, el taller explora las causas subyacentes del consumo de sustancias en un ambiente seguro, de apoyo y libre de juicios.
Las personas participantes participarán en conversaciones significativas, aprenderán estrategias de prevención y afrontamiento, y realizarán actividades de arteterapia que promueven la sanación, la autorreflexión y el crecimiento personal.
Información Importante:
• Es necesario registrarse previamente. Escanee el código QR para registrarse.
• Se permitirá un máximo de 10 minutos de gracia para llegadas tardías.
• Se ofrecerán refrigerios y bebidas.
• El cupo es limitado a 15 participantes; regístrese lo antes posible.
