Meet Judge Amber Eskola Williams! 🌟

Amber is a former Miss ASU-Beebe and Miss Henderson State University who's built an incredible career in music and entertainment. She moved to Nashville, TN where she sang demos, wrote songs, and performed in the band TEXARKANA for over 25 years.

Her talent and dedication have earned her serious recognition—she was chosen to compete on the CMT show CanUDuet and has multiple number one songs on small market radio stations. In 2014, she was named the International Country and Gospel Music Awards Female Horizon Artist of the Year.

With her passion for music, songwriting, and performance, Amber brings real artistry and heart to our judging panel. We're thrilled to have her celebrating our girls at Nationals!

Meet Judge Shannon Chandler! 🌟

Shannon was born and raised right here in El Dorado, AR—and she knows pageantry! She's a former Junior Miss Union County who's gone on to accomplish some incredible things.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Houston, Shannon has an amazing background in music and performance. She's a Texas Country Music Hall of Fame "Pickin' Party" winner, the inaugural winner of Sugarland Superstar, and a finalist in Houston's KPRC's "Gimme the Mic." She's even performed at Six Flags Astroworld!

With extensive dance and vocal training starting at age seven, Shannon brings real expertise and heart to our judging panel. We're so excited to have her celebrating our girls at Nationals! 💪

Meet Our Judge: Michael Hannah 🌟

We're thrilled to introduce Michael Hannah, one of our judges for the 2026 US American Miss Nationals. Michael brings decades of pageant expertise and a genuine passion for developing our youth and celebrating their authentic stories.

With extensive experience in pageant operations and leadership, Michael has dedicated his career to building strong programs and mentoring emerging talent. He's a skilled consultant known for his ability to recognize potential, lead with integrity, and foster meaningful connections.

Beyond pageantry, Michael founded the Michael Hannah Family Foundation, an IRS-approved nonprofit dedicated to nurturing positive accomplishments and providing academic scholarships and support to underfunded school classrooms. His commitment to youth development and community impact drives everything he does.

Michael's expertise in judging, his eye for authenticity, and his genuine care for contestants make him the perfect fit for our mission: celebrating girls and women who are too bold for the mold.

We can't wait for you to meet Michael at Nationals in El Dorado, Arkansas, June 9-13!

Meet Jaye Paulman, your Mrs. Southern States! 👑✨

This incredible woman is a 3D artist who creates fan art and gaming-inspired work—and Final Fantasy VII is her absolute favorite! She's been an RPG gamer since the mid-1990s and loves the symphony gaming soundtrack music. But Jaye's real passion goes so much deeper. She's fighting for patient rights, pushing health insurance companies to cover laboratory diagnostic testing. She's deeply passionate about Hodgkin's Lymphoma awareness after losing her father to the disease. 💚

Her biggest inspiration is Dr. Patricia Tille, who once told her: "She has a way to make you understand and go after your goals, even if you never thought it was achievable." That wisdom is driving Jaye forward as she pursues her doctorate and steps back into pageantry—something she once questioned due to age and confidence, but now embraces with full heart.

Jaye's proudest achievements speak volumes: she's pursuing her doctorate, speaking at major conferences (ASCP, ASCLS, American Diabetic Association 2026, ADLM Conference 2026), and giving back to women in need through the First Light women's shelter, providing meals and hosting bingo to bring encouragement during difficult seasons. 💜
