Ms. Wheelchair Maryland Unlike traditional pageants, we are an advocacy competition. Our titleholders of all ages empower, educate and enlighten.

They serve as spokeswomen for the entire state of Maryland and the state’s diverse disability community.

🚨👑 Maryland, we’re looking for the next Ms. Wheelchair Maryland!

Know a woman who is ready to wear the crown, share her story, and champion disability rights?

Applications are open for women age 21 or older who are currently living in Maryland for at least 6 months and use a wheelchair or scooter for mobility.

This is a chance to grow in leadership, advocacy, public speaking, interviewing, and writing for impact.

📅 Competition: October 31, 2026, at The League for People with Disabilities in Baltimore, Maryland.

We had the BEST time at the Worlds of Possibilities Disabilities Expo on April 18th! 🌟

Ms. Wheelchair Maryland, Inc. was proud to serve as a vendor at this incredible event celebrating disability pride, advocacy, and community! 🙌♿ Swipe through our photos to relive the amazing moments from our table! 📸

Here’s what we accomplished together:
🎁 Raffle Winner! A lucky attendee took home our Relaxation Gift Basket — we are so excited for them! A photo of our winner is coming very soon, so stay tuned! 😄
💵 $84 raised from our raffle — and thanks to the heartfelt contributions of our incredible donors, supporters, friends, family, and board members, we have raised the funds needed to register Ms. Wheelchair Maryland, Inc. as an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization! 🎊🙏
This is a HUGE milestone for our organization and it would not have happened without this amazing community behind us. From the bottom of our hearts — THANK YOU.
