The Tristan Project

The Tristan Project The Tristan Project was created in loving memory of Tristan Brown.

Our mission is to honor his legacy by sharing Christ’s hope and providing support to kids in our community who are struggling with mental health.

Mental health struggles in teens are more common than most people realize.

Many young people suffer silently because they’re afraid of being judged, ignored, or misunderstood.

Normalize:
✔ Therapy
✔ Asking for help
✔ Honest conversations
✔ Checking on your people
✔ Talking about mental health

You never know who is fighting a battle they haven’t told anyone about yet. ❤️

Some days I still wake up wishing this was all just a nightmare.
But even in the middle of grief, God keeps giving me purpose.

The Tristan Project was born from unimaginable pain… but if Tristan’s story can help save even ONE life, then we will keep showing up.

For the hurting.
For the struggling teens.
For the parents fighting silent battles beside their children.

We keep going for them. 💜

The Tristan Project was born from heartbreak, but built with purpose.

This short documentary shares the story behind our mission — honoring Tristan’s life by fighting for mental health awareness, advocating for safer roads, and helping families know they are not alone.

Every conversation, every donation, every share, and every life impacted keeps Tristan’s legacy alive.

Thank you for continuing to believe in this mission and helping us turn pain into purpose. 💜

Let’s check on each other today. ❤️

What’s ONE thing helping you keep going right now?
It can be faith, family, therapy, music, your kids, the gym, prayer… anything.

Drop it in the comments. Someone else may need to see it today.

Not every battle leaves bruises you can see.
Some of the hardest fights happen quietly behind smiles, school hallways, locked bedroom doors, and “I’m fine” texts.

That’s why The Tristan Project exists.
To remind people they are seen, loved, and worthy of help before it’s too late.

If you’re struggling today, please stay.
Your story still matters. ❤️

To the teenager reading this:

Please stay.
Please keep fighting.
Please don’t let a temporary moment convince you that your life has no purpose.

Your story is not over.
Your pain is real — but so is hope.

There are people who care about you, even if your mind is trying to convince you otherwise right now. 💜

Faith and mental health can coexist. 💜

You can love God and still struggle.
You can pray and still battle anxiety.
You can believe in Jesus and still need therapy, support, medication, or help.

The church should be a safe place for hurting people — not a place where they feel ashamed for struggling.

Healing takes support, community, faith, and honesty.

And it’s okay to not be okay.

Mental health awareness doesn’t end with a social media post.

We need real conversations.
Real support.
Real resources.
Real action.

If you want to partner with The Tristan Project through donations, outreach events, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, or community involvement — we would love to connect. 💜

Together, we can help make sure no child or family feels alone in their darkest moments.

I started The Tristan Project in honor of my son, Tristan Brown — to carry on his light and love by helping kids and teens find hope and healing. We connect families with mental health care and support, reminding them they’re never alone. Through Jesus, there is healing. Through Tristan’s lega...

The Tristan Project was born from unimaginable pain… but we believe God can still use broken places to bring light into dark ones.

Tristan’s story matters.
His life matters.
And because of him, conversations are happening that may help save lives.

We refuse to let silence win. 💜

Sometimes the strongest people are the ones struggling the most quietly.

Check on your friends.
Check on your kids.
Check on the people who always say “I’m fine.”

One conversation could save a life.

The Tristan Project exists because mental health matters and people matter. 💜
