Heavenly Father,

Today we lift up every child who is silently struggling.

The child who feels alone.
The teenager who feels misunderstood.
The student who dreads walking into school.
The child who is hurting but doesn't know how to ask for help.

Lord, surround them with people who will notice, listen, and love them.

Give parents wisdom, teachers compassion, and our communities the courage to have the difficult conversations.

And continue to guide The Tristan Project as we work to serve the children and families You place in our path.

Let every child know they are loved, they have purpose, and their story matters.

In Jesus' name, Amen. 💜

💜 His name is Tristan. And his story is still being written.

Not in the way we ever imagined.

Not in the way we prayed it would be.

But through every child we reach, every family we encourage, every conversation we start, and every barrier we work to remove.

The Tristan Project was born from a mother's unimaginable loss, but it is being built on something that will always be greater than that loss.

Love.

A love that refuses to stop showing up.
A love that believes every child deserves a chance.
A love that turns heartbreak into a mission to help others.

Tristan was here. His life mattered. And his legacy will continue making a difference.

We can't change what happened yesterday. But together, we can fight for a better tomorrow. 💜🦋

🚨 Please stop telling children they're too young to be stressed.

Too young to have anxiety.
Too young to feel depressed.
Too young to be overwhelmed.
Too young to have real problems.

Their problems may look different from ours, but that doesn't make their feelings any less real.

Children are navigating pressures that many adults don't fully understand.

And when we dismiss their emotions, we teach them to stop talking.

At The Tristan Project, we believe early conversations, education, and access to mental health support can make a difference.

💜 Listen before you lecture.
💜 Validate before you dismiss.
💜 Connect before you correct.

Their feelings are real. Their voices matter. And their mental health deserves our attention.

💜 Sometimes the greatest ministry is simply showing up.

You don't have to have all the answers.

You don't have to know the perfect words to say.

Sometimes a child just needs someone who will sit beside them, listen without judgment, and remind them that they matter.

Jesus showed us what it means to love people right where they are.

And that's the heart behind The Tristan Project.

We want to meet children and families in their hardest moments and remind them that hope still exists.

"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2

💜 Not every child who is struggling looks like they're struggling.

Some are making straight A's.
Some are the class clowns.
Some are the athletes.
Some are the quiet ones who never cause a problem.

And some are the children who smile all day at school and fall apart the moment they get home.

Mental health struggles don't always come with warning signs that are easy to recognize.

That's why we have to keep showing up. Keep asking questions. Keep listening. And most importantly, keep reminding our children that they don't have to fight their battles alone.

At The Tristan Project, we believe that every child deserves to be seen, heard, loved, and supported.

There have been so many moments when I've looked at The Tristan Project and thought,

God, I never imagined this.

I certainly never imagined the pain that would bring me here.

But I've watched God take something I thought would completely destroy me and allow purpose to grow from it.

One person became ten.

Ten became fifty.

And now **100 people have committed to carrying this mission with us every single month.**

So I'm not putting a limit on what God can do with this.

We're praying bigger.

We're serving bigger.

We're believing bigger.

The road to 200 starts now.

And through every bit of it, we'll keep pointing people toward hope. 💜🦋

This is the face behind the 16. 💜

Before Tristan’s 16 was an initiative, 16 was simply his age.

My son.

Sixteen years of memories, laughter, dreams, love and a life that mattered.

I can't change how many years I got with Tristan.

But I can decide what I do with the love I still have for him.

So we're turning 16 into something that helps other kids.

Every time someone joins Tristan’s 16, they're helping me make sure his story continues doing good in this world.

That's why 16.

That's why I'll keep going. 💜🦋

We have to stop waiting until a child is in crisis before we decide their mental health matters.

Check on them when they're quiet.

Check on them when their behavior suddenly changes.

Ask questions when something feels different.

Listen without immediately trying to fix it.

Make therapy normal.

Make asking for help normal.

Make saying **“I'm not okay”** something a child never has to be ashamed of.

Prevention starts long before a crisis.

And sometimes one conversation can change everything. 💜

We celebrated 100.

Now we're dreaming bigger.

We're officially beginning our **Road to 200 for Tristan’s 16.**

Not because we're chasing a number.

Because every new monthly supporter gives The Tristan Project more stability to reach children, support families, provide resources, and continue growing this mission.

100 showed me what's possible.

Now let's see what happens when 200 people decide to carry this legacy together.
