Liberty Place Recovery Center for Women recently received a $1,000 donation from Bechtel Parsons Blue Grass (BPBG), continuing a longstanding partnership built on compassion, community involvement, and a shared commitment to supporting women on their journey to recovery.

BPBG, the systems contractor selected by the Department of Defense to design, build, systemize, test, operate, and close the facility responsible for the safe destruction of the chemical weapons stockpile at the Blue Grass Army Depot, has been a longtime supporter of Liberty Place. Through financial contributions, volunteer efforts, and continued community involvement, BPBG has helped advance the mission of providing hope and support to women working toward long term recovery.

BPBG Human Resources Manager Roz Torrence and Office Services Manager Teresa Beck recently presented the donation to Liberty Place representatives. The contribution reflects BPBGโ€™s continued commitment to strengthening the community and supporting programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

โ€œAt Liberty Place, our mission is to uplift and empower women on their journey to recovery by providing the resources, support, and encouragement they need to rebuild their lives,โ€ said David Estepp, Executive Director of Kentucky River Foothills. โ€œWe are incredibly grateful for community partners like BPBG who believe in our mission and continue to invest in the women we serve. Their ongoing support helps us provide opportunities that encourage healing, growth, and long-term recovery.โ€๏ปฟ
