The student trip to Arizona was fantastic. The students worked hard assisting with change maker projects at the White Mountain Reservation and it was fascinating to see them learn and change their perspectives throughout the experience. So thankful we had such a fun and open group of students on this trip!

A team of students from RCHS will be traveling to Arizona this spring as a part of our learning through service program. They will be working on service projects at the White Mountain Apache reservation. They will learn about the history and cultures of indigenous Americans. Students will also do service at Prescott College, learning while providing service at their one of a kind compost site. This knowledge they can bring back and utilize at our Brookland Park Community Garden and Pharaoh Farms and share with others.

Although RCHS doesn’t have a formal sports program the students still have a lot of fun. So proud of our girls flag football team. It’s a blast to watch them play.
