RICH CITY Rides We use bicycles as vehicles for healthy civic change.

Rich City Rides, a counterculture organization founded in August 2012 to counterbalance non-human infrastructure with human infrastructure by encouraging people to the utilize the most significant asset in any city; the street. In a time when people living in marginalized communities are most at risk for poor health, lack of activity, lack of opportunity, poor nutrition and subject to living in areas with the highest levels of pollution, Rich City Rides uses bicycles to create possibilities for the most vulnerable members of the cycling community to improve health, economic stability and individual and collective capacity. Through direct engagement with people using mindful, active transportation we galvanize communities and reconnect disconnected neighborhoods.

RICH CITY Rides is bringing bike valet to the Jack Johnson concerts at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley on September 30 & October 1!

Skip the parking search, roll up with your friends, and let our crew take care of your bike while you enjoy the show. We’ll be there for bike pickup afterward, too.

More bikes, less traffic, and a little fresh air before your favorite songs. Who’s riding?

We are excited to team  up with Jack Johnson as an All At Once Non-Profit Partner on his 2026 Summer Tour! Come see us at the Village Green in Berkeley at the Greek Theatre on September 30 & October 1 to connect, learn, and take action with us!

All At Once is Jack’s social action network connecting nonprofits with people who want to take action and give back to their community. All At Once promotes sustainable & equitable food systems, plastic free initiatives, healthy watersheds and more!
