Everyone deserves a break! 💙
Our Richmond Respite Event gives children ages 0 to 12 a fun, safe place to spend time with trained staff and volunteers while YOU take a few hours for yourself. It is a great opportunity for kids to enjoy activities and for families to recharge knowing their children are well cared for.
If you have been looking for a little time to reset, this is a great option. Spots are limited and tend to fill quickly, so be sure to register early: https://virginiadsa.networkforgood.com/events/101061-richmond-respite-event-ages-0-to-12

Because We Can Helping Hands is a volunteer focused program for adults with Down syndrome, centered around connection, creativity, and giving back.

Programs like this create space for connection, purpose, and community involvement, and we would love to see more of our families take part.
Huge thank you to Discovery Village At The West End for collaborating with us for this!

That’s THIS Friday so don’t forget to stop by!!🥳🥳

We have a new space, and we cannot wait to welcome you in!!💙
Join us for New Office New Beginnings, a special open house where our VDSA community is invited to stop by, see our new office, and meet the staff throughout the day. Whether you are a longtime member, new to VDSA, or simply want to learn more about our community, everyone is welcome.
We will also be giving away portraits of individuals from our community, so families are encouraged to stop in and see if one belongs to their loved one!
If there is a specific staff member you would like to meet, let us know in the comments or send us a direct message so we can help make that happen!
We would love to see our families, friends, and supporters as we celebrate this exciting new chapter together 💙
