This week, Jesse Wysocki had the opportunity to represent The McShin Foundation, SAMHSA invitational meeting focused on "Strengthening Integrity and Accountability in Recovery Housing.”

The meeting brought together leaders and stakeholders to brainstorm ways to strengthen standards, accountability, and integrity within recovery housing.

We’re grateful that Jesse had the opportunity to bring McShin’s experience and the perspective of the recovery community to this important conversation.

The McShin Foundation is proud to celebrate Haleigh McGovern's 2nd anniversary of continuous recovery.

As one of our AmeriCorps Members, Haleigh plays a vital role in supporting our Mission by acting as a Recovery Coach and Resources Broker to the participants in our 45-Day Intensive Program. When she is not in her first-floor office, Haleigh can be found doing community outreach in the City of Richmond.

The McShin Foundation would like to celebrate Gerald Ashby for one year as an employee!

Gerald spends his workdays keeping The McShin Foundation spotless and stocking all of our cleaning supplies as our Quartermaster. Gerald is the Sultan of Suds, the King of Kleenex, and the tireless vanquisher of carpet stains. We owe Gerald a lot of high praise as most of his many contributions often go unnoticed by visitors to the Recovery Center.
