Omega Women's Leadership Center (OWLC)

Omega Women's Leadership Center (OWLC) www.eomega.org/owlc The OWLC envisions a world where women’s leadership advances a peaceful, just, and sustainable world—for everybody.

Since the founding of Omega Institute in 1977, more than 600,000 women have participated in holistic offerings and innovative opportunities for women’s development. In 2002, we created the acclaimed Women & Power series. After initiating a research and development phase, we listened to women about their leadership needs and interests, and in 2012 launched the Omega Women's Leadership Center (OWLC)

to convene, train, and inspire women to Do Power Differently®

You play a vital role in helping us create a community of belonging and an uplifting learning environment. Community agreements include everyone observing Omega's core values: Holism, Community, Sustainability, Service, and Integrity. Learn more at eOmega.org/owlc
