Congratulations to Step 1 Administrative Assistant Jill Kirby on her two-year work anniversary on July 31st.

Jill brings her education (BA in Communications with a Minor in Psychology) to her work here at Step 1.

Jill collects and compiles all our statistical data, as well as writes informative grant reports and articles for the Step 1 newsletter. She has also become instrumental in facilitating our Anniversary and Awards Gala as well at the Gift of Hope Golf Tournament.

Step 1 Executive Director Rachelle Tourville Pellissier states, ā€œI donā€™t know what we would do without Jill. She brings her positive attitude to work every day and keeps us organized and moving forward.ā€ Thank you, Jill, for your dedication and service to Step 1 and our clients.

Join us in congratulating Step 1ā€™s Transitional Housing Program Administrator Harold Michael on his 12-year Soberversary.

Harold states, ā€œTwelve years ago today, I was arrested off a city bus. I was addicted to he**in, hopeless, homeless, and had tons of shame. Twelve years later, Iā€™m proud of the man I am today! I am a sober and present father, and I am blessed to work in the organization that helped me to change my life, Step 1, Inc. I help lead lost men to a new way of living - Recovery!
