For years, David Harbour’s experiences with mental illness were private and often misunderstood. Even as he pursued success in acting, he knew his mental health deserved attention. It wasn’t until he began examining his life and speaking openly that he fully embraced treatment and advocacy.
By sharing his story, Harbour hopes to challenge stigma and remind everyone that support, understanding, and compassion can make a real difference.

🌟 Empowering Resilience and DEIB at Washoe County Public Defender Office 🌟

We recently conducted a powerful training session with the Washoe County Public Defenders Office, combining Resilience Training with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) strategies. This session focused on building personal resilience, fostering an inclusive workplace, and enhancing the team's ability to serve their diverse client base, particularly the trans community. 💪🏳️‍⚧️

Through practical tools and discussions, we empowered the team to manage stress, embrace diversity, and provide compassionate, informed legal support. We’re proud to support their commitment to resilience, inclusion, and justice for all. 🌈

Thank you, Washoe County Public Defenders, for your dedication to these essential values! 🙌
